Jim Ogburn
Customer Service Manager

"It is important that we maintain excellence in customer service at all times."

That is how Jim Ogburn, a 25 year veteran of the film industry, sees his job. Jim entered the film business in 1976 as the branch manager of National Screen Service in Boston. Jim returned to his native Atlanta in 1979 as the Vice President and General Manager of a local animation studio.

In 1993 he joined CineFilm and has been an integral part of CineFilm ever since. Jim is married to Lisa, a schoolteacher, and is the father of three boys. He majored in Vocal Performance at Emory University and is presently the choirmaster at his church. Music has always been an important part of his life. In the past Jim has sung with the Atlanta Lyric Opera, the Chicago Lyric Opera, and the Boston Lyric Opera. He toured Europe in his youth and sang at Schoonbrunn Palace in Vienna and at La Scala.
