When shipping via Delta Airlines:
• Ship all packages Delta Dash (not Delta Air Cargo)
• Mark all DASH shipments HOLD FOR PICK-UP
• Call CineFilm at 800.633.1448 and give us the airbill number, the flight number and the expected time of arrival.
• DO NOT have Delta deliver the package! We will have our courier pick up the package. The courier charge for pick-up and delivery to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is $40.00 each way.
When shipping via Fedex:
• Ship all packages Fedex First Overnight (unless otherwise instructed by CineFilm)
• Call CineFilm at 800.633.1448 with the tracking number

Shipping Tips:
• If your shipping plans have changed after you scheduled with CineFilm, please inform us of those changes so that we may handle your shipments appropriately. When using other airlines, always use their next-flight-out expedited service and not their air cargo service, and again, have us pick-up for you.
• You may arrange for your own private courier, but it is not advisable to ask the airlines to deliver your shipment to CineFilm.
• There is a night drop slot for drop off after hours if necessary. However, if using a courier service, we recommend that the courier arrive after 11:00 pm to hand-deliver the film. While local production company personnel will use the drop box, many courier services will not.
